Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
- Conduct market research and assist with property listings and advertising
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Assist with negotiations and prepare contracts and other legal documents
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Maintain organized files and records related to real estate transactions
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Knowledge of property management principles is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus
- Basic Bookeeping work
