We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial Condominium Corporations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. This role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to maintain positive relationships with owners, vendors, and board of directors.
Duties
Manage all aspects of property operations including maintenance requests.
Utilize Shift Suite software for property management tasks, including data entry and customer relationship management.
Maintain accurate records through effective filing systems and ensure compliance with condominium policies.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and safety.
Handle resident's inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with vendors for maintenance services and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery.
Experience
OLCM - Ontario Licensed Condominium Management General License required.
Previous experience in property management or a related field is required.
Hold a valid driver's license
