As a Tech-Savvy Property Manager at Canary Property Management, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the performance of our diverse property portfolio. Responsibilities:
Property Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, local regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance assessments to ensure optimal property conditions.
Utilize technology and data analytics to streamline property management processes and enhance efficiency.
Technical Proficiency:
Leverage technology tools and software for property management, financial reporting, and client communication.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements to implement innovative solutions for improved property management.
Project Management:
Coordinate and oversee property improvement projects, renovations, and maintenance initiatives.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality project completion.
Sales and Client Relations:
Actively engage in the leasing process, from marketing vacancies to conducting property showings and applicant screenings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other customers.
Provide excellent customer service and promptly address client concerns or inquiries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management, with a track record of successful portfolio oversight.

Must have your own vehicle, a class 5 drivers license and clean driving record.
Maintenance Experience:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Years of hands-on experience in property management.
