Position Summary



We are seeking a motivated and organized

Property Manager

to oversee and expand our growing portfolio of rental properties. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and has a genuine passion for real estate and client service.

Primary Job Functions:



Reporting to the director, this position is responsible for effectively organizing and managing rental properties. The PM will interact with tenants, handle transfer of rents, resolve existing issues and continue to expand on the company's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and oversee daily operations of a portfolio of residential rental properties. Conduct market research to determine competitive rental rates and identify emerging trends. Advertise available properties through online platforms and other marketing channels. Schedule and conduct property viewings; screen and select qualified tenants through company systems. Prepare and execute tenancy agreements and related documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations. Conduct property inspections for move-ins, move-outs, and routine checkups. Collect and process rent payments, ensuring timely deposits into trust accounts and accurate disbursements to landlords. Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all managed units, including financial and maintenance documentation. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service requests with contractors and vendors. Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure a positive and responsive customer experience. Support marketing initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to grow the management portfolio. Prepare financial reports and assist in maintaining accurate accounting records.

Qualifications



Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset. Strong work ethic and self-motivation, with a desire to learn and grow within the company. Ability to negotiate and manage contracts professionally and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new software. Prior experience in property management or real estate is an asset. Fluency in a second language is considered an asset. Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required.

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

$50,000 - $60,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

December 01, 2025 or later
