Key Responsibilities
Manage property listings across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
Handle guest communications promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
Monitor booking calendars, inquiries, and cancellations.
Use CRM tools to track operations, bookings, and guest satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues efficiently.
Requirements
Active Airbnb account (as a guest) - mandatory.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage CRM tools effectively.
No prior property management experience required (training provided).
Previous experience as a
Virtual Assistant (VA), Customer Service Rep, or Sales Support
is a strong plus.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Flexibility with different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in short-term rental management, hospitality, or tourism.
Familiarity with Airbnb host tools, channel managers, or booking systems.
Bilingual (English + Spanish, or other European languages).
