Shiu Pong Property Management team in Toronto are recruiting for a Condominium Manager to join a well-established property management and real estate development company. This family owned business, owns and operates a diverse portfolio, consisting of multi-residential, commercial and retail properties. Your new role
As Condominium Manager, you will manage some of the company's Residential and/or Retail-Commercial property portfolio across GTA/Toronto. You will lead in knowledge of Condominium Act, management and maintenance to ensure quality service, and to achieve the highest level of customer care. You will provide key insights and direction on all matters which pertain to property operations, and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will bring minimum 2+ years' experience in Condominium Management, with reputable companies, specializing in Residential and/or Retail-Commercial properties. You will be experienced in the day-to-day operations and be capable managing staff, providing any mentoring or guidance as required. You will have CMRAO General License designation. Due to the nature of this portfolio, spoken & written Chinese skills is essential.
