Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette & prompt response to answering phone calls, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and staff. This role requires a proactive approach to property management, ensuring that all aspects of the properties are maintained to high standards while maximizing tenant satisfaction.

Duties


- Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and contractors as necessary.
- Negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions for property maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

- Review and assign priority of rooms to be cleaned

- Monitor and ordering of supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate files related to tenant agreements, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Implement effective customer relationship management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.

- Consistent communication with Management

Qualifications


- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and negotiation skills are essential for successful interactions with tenants and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures is beneficial.

- Repair malfuctions, breakages or leaks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to file documents systematically.

- Managing Staff, HR related functions & disciplinary actions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
