Position Summary:
W Management Inc. is hiring for a Property Manager position in the Condominium Department. This position is the main point of contact responsible for oversight of a portfolio of condominiums with direct focus on Board and owner governance. Overview of General Duties, but Not Limited to:
1. Recurring Property Tasks
All Property Manager recurring tasks are tracked through systems such as the online tool Process Street. You are responsible for maintaining these tasks as scheduled for you.
Tasks include Board and Owner meetings, Budget Management, Property Oversight, Bylaw Enforcement, Legislative Act and Property Bylaw Compliance, etc.
2. Board and Owner Meetings
The Property Manager is required to attend and chair Board and Owner Meetings averaging 1 every 2 weeks. You will prepare the meeting package, chair the meeting, present the package information, take meetings notes and prepare the meeting minutes.
Some properties hold these meetings after hours Monday-Thursday. Lieu time is earned from these meetings and used by the Property Manager to offset these hours.
3. Board and Owner Correspondence
The Property Manager is the main point of contact for the Board and the owners at large.
You will engage with clients by phone, email and in person correspondence as required.
4. Other Duties
The Property Manager is responsible to fulfill the Management Agreement scope of work in conjunction with a Property Accountant and Site Manager assigned to each property.
Requirements:
Knowledge of property management which may include not-for-profit condominiums, commercial or residential rentals is considered an asset but is not a requirement.
Strong communication with excellent English language oral and written skills.
Personable and pleasant demeanor.
Ability to chair meetings of Boards (3-7 people) and owners (10-100 people) including public speaking and presentations.
Ability to multi-task between main duties utilizing strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail ensuring accurate work.
Computer literate with experience on the Windows Operating System.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
Yardi Voyager software platform experience is considered an asset but is not a requirement.

Compensation:
Salary position based on skills and experience ranging from $53,000 to $65,250 per year.
Position includes 3 weeks paid vacation.
Current work policy of 7.5 hour work days with office hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm and a 1 hour lunch. Early office closure every Friday at 3:00pm. Flexible work hours may be considered.
Lieu time to offset after hours work requirements.
