Iacobo Capital Inc. is a real estate development company situated in Montreal. The property manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings in and around Montreal. The employee will need to be flexible in working hours as emergency situations requiring onsite coordination may occur after regular business hours and weekends. The employee must be bilingual, have at least 2 years experience in residential property management or construction and must have a vehicle and valid license.
Desired Qualifications:
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Relevant experience in the multi-story residential projects, or construction sites
