Iacobo Capital Inc. is a real estate development company situated in Montreal. The property manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings in and around Montreal. The employee will need to be flexible in working hours as emergency situations requiring onsite coordination may occur after regular business hours and weekends. The employee must be bilingual, have at least 2 years experience in residential property management or construction and must have a vehicle and valid license.

At least 2 years of relevant experience Relevant experience in the multi-story residential projects, or construction sites Experience in customer service Recognized as a good team player Excels in leadership and communication skills, pro-activity, management of priorities and stress, positive mindset Excellent command of the French and English language (oral and written) Computer literate (Excel) Valid driver's license

Iacobo Capital inc. est une societe de developpment immobiliere situee a Montreal. Le gestionnaire immobilier sera responsable de la gestion d'un portefeuille d'immeubles dans Montreal et ses environs.

L'employe devra faire preuve de souplesse dans ses horaires de travail, car les situations d'urgence necessitant une coordination sur place peuvent survenir apres les heures normales de bureau et les fins de semaine.

L'employe doit etre bilingue, avoir au minimum 2 ans d'experience en gestion de proprietes residentielles ou en construction et doit posseder un vehicule et un permis valide.

Qualifications souhaitees :



Minimum 2 ans d'experience pertinente Experience pertinente dans des projets immobiliers multiresidentiels, ou des chantiers de construction. Experience du service a la clientele Reconnu comme un bon joueur d'equipe Excellente competence en leadership et en communication, proactivite, gestion des priorites et du stress, etat d'esprit positif. Excellente maitrise de la langue francaise et anglaise (orale et ecrite) Connaissance de l'informatique (Excel) Permis de conduire valide
