Are you a skilled Condominium Property Manager looking to join a reputable property management company with over 50 years of experience in the industry? We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a condominium property in Markham.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for the condominium board and unit owners
Oversee daily operations of the condo including maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and reserve fund planning
Attend and coordinate board meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Ensure compliance with all legislation, including the Condominium Act and relevant bylaws
Manage service contracts and vendor relationships
Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally and efficiently
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in property management
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Financial literacy with experience in budgeting and interpreting financial statements.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Solid understanding of building maintenance standards and contractor coordination.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
