Job Description

We are seeking a

Property Manager

to support the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial rental properties.

This full-time position (Monday-Friday, 9:00?AM - 5:00?PM) involves performing a variety of administrative and property management duties with a high degree of independence and professionalism. The role is based in a

fast-paced, client-focused office

, where flexibility, organization, and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities



Communicate with tenants regarding rent, maintenance, and general inquiries Collect, record, and deposit rent payments Draft and issue tenant notices and correspondence Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors Maintain organized digital and paper files Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones

Preferred Qualifications



Strong computer skills, including

Excel, Google Drive, Word, and email communication

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in

property management or real estate
