About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Property Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates exceptional customer service, and can independently manage day-to-day property operations with precision and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule routine and emergency maintenance
Communicate professionally and promptly with tenants, owners, and tradespeople
Organize and oversee property inspections, repairs, and service requests
Resolve issues quickly and effectively with a focus on long-term solutions
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate trade services
Maintain accurate records and reports for partner companies
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by our partner companies

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized under pressure
Strong scheduling and time management skills
A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making decisions and solving problems on the spot
Knowledge of residential property management practices an asset

Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or a related field
Proficiency with property management software or scheduling tools
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
