Titanium Property Management Ltd is a locally owned and operated property management company who strives to set the standard for property management in the HRM & Surrounding Areas. Our mission is to take on the property management duties for landlords while giving them the peace of mind that we will manage their properties as if they were our own. We are currently looking to expand our team with the addition of a motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Property Manager. As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking someone who is passionate about real estate, eager to learn, excels in dynamic environments and is open to adapting and filling new roles as the company continues to expand. We are ultimately looking to add a member to our team who has the ambition to grow with our company.
As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our portfolio of residential properties, lease vacant units, ensure tenant/landlord satisfaction, maintain property standards, and attend to any concerns as they arise. This is a flexible position with a hybrid work environment, allowing you to balance remote and in-person responsibilities. Occasional evening and weekend work is required as the nature of this role is in service to our tenants and our commitment to customer care; however, regular business hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
-Leasing residentials units, including: posting listings, coordinating showings, screening prospective tenants, facilitating the tenant application process, collecting required documents upon approval and creating leases for qualified tenants.
-Provide move-in/move-out inspection reports along with quarterly property inspection reports.
-Scheduling and oversight of maintenance, repairs, snow removal, landscaping, trades, etc.
-Manage tenant relations in a professional manner (This may include but is not limited to, ensuring that rents are collected in a timely manner and strictly enforcing late payment policies, preparing and attending tenancy hearings, etc.)
-Effective and professional communication with property owners/landlords.
-Other duties as required
Qualifications
-Experience in property management or the real estate industry.
-The ideal candidate will be well versed on the NS Residential Tenancy Act and Regulations.
-Effective communication and negotiation skills particularly in times of conflict or uncertainty.
-Strong attention to details, commitment to accuracy and get-it-done attitude.
-Awareness for business needs and able to track and self-manage tasks to completion.
-A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license is required.
