We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience with property management software, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves managing tenant relationships, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of property facilities. The Property Manager will play a key role in maintaining high tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities



Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and addressing concerns promptly Oversee property maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs using CMMS systems Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet safety and quality standards Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping related to property management Utilize Yardi or similar property management software for rent collection, reporting, and accounting functions Assist with marketing and leasing efforts to attract new tenants and retain current ones Negotiate lease terms and other agreements with prospective tenants or vendors Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies Support office functions through administrative duties including filing, scheduling, and customer service

Requirements



Proven experience in property management or related office experience Familiarity with Yardi or other property management software (CMMS knowledge is a plus) Strong administrative skills including data entry, filing, and record keeping Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Experience in sales or negotiation to effectively handle leasing discussions and vendor agreements Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Previous experience in customer relationship management is preferred Office experience that demonstrates proficiency in administrative functions and office technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
