Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. This role requires effective communication with tenants, vendors, and staff while ensuring that properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of residents and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and lease administration. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements. Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service. Oversee leasing processes, including marketing available units, conducting showings, and negotiating lease agreements. Maintain accurate records using property management software such as Yardi or CMMS. Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repair requests and ensure timely completion of work orders. Implement administrative procedures for efficient office operations, including filing systems and record keeping. Develop positive relationships with tenants to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills

Proficiency in property management software (Yardi or CMMS) is highly desirable. Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and vendors. Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts amicably. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for managing documentation. Ability to negotiate effectively during lease agreements and vendor contracts. Sales skills to promote properties effectively and attract potential tenants. Strong customer relationship management abilities to foster long-term tenant satisfaction.
