, you will oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient operations, financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and property maintenance. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property owners.
Coordinate leasing, rent collection, and lease renewals.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
Handle tenant complaints, service requests, and emergency issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations.
Supervise and coordinate with on-site staff and contractors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of property management best practices and landlord/tenant laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
