We're growing and looking for a

Property Manager

who's organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of tenant and property relationships from end to end.

The Role

This isn't just about maintenance calls and rent collection--it's about creating a positive experience for tenants while ensuring our properties stay in excellent condition. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations and long-term value of the homes we manage.

Key Responsibilities

Place and screen new tenants

to ensure long-term success

Manage lease agreements

, renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination

Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests

with professionalism and urgency

Coordinate with contractors and vendors

for repairs and property upkeep

Inspect properties regularly

to ensure compliance and maintenance standards

Enforce lease terms

while maintaining respectful tenant relationships

Maintain accurate records

of expenses, correspondence, and property conditions

Provide regular updates

to ownership and support strategic property decisions

What You'll Bring

Minimum

1 year of property management experience

(or related real estate role) Strong knowledge of

residential tenancy laws and procedures

(Alberta preferred, neighbouring provinces are a bonus) Excellent

communication and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to

multitask and stay organized

in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using

management software

and digital tools A proactive, resourceful mindset--you're the kind of person who gets things done Ability to

work independently

and take full ownership of your role Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for site visits when required)

Monday to Friday (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Calgary, AB (hybrid - some in-person site visits required)
