Licensed Rental Property Manager

The successful candidate will be an experienced, open-minded property manager who enjoys a challenge and is a self-starter who conducts business in a collaborative, proactive and transparent manner.
Requirements
Candidates will have:

Must hold a property management license with RECA
.
- 5+ years' experience in residential rental property management.
- Working knowledge of Yardi and Rent Manager an asset.
- Strong ability to multitask, be proactive, and understand attention to detail.
- Must have a sense of urgency and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Well developed communication skills.
- Competency with Alberta Residential Tenancies Act, RECA and RTDRS.
- Well defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution and people management skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Primary Responsibilities
- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Meet with potential clients and complete sign-up process.
- Upload advertisements of new and vacant properties.
- Conduct market research as needed.
- Assist with all duties involved in managing the portfolio, including move in/move outs and inspections.
- Always deliver superior customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
Skills/Experience
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a team player in all aspects.
