The Property Management Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of property management activities. This position involves a blend of administrative tasks, customer service, and property management functions to ensure smooth operations and excellent tenant relations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to effectively manage various responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Key duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
(1) Property Management Support
Assist Property Managers with all tasks related to residential property management
Create and post online advertisements, scheduling showings with various tools (Calendly, text, email)
Able to understand the rental product and provide excellent showings experience to rental prospects
Prepare tenancy agreements, renewals, and other correspondence and documentation with tenants
Evaluate rental units and coordinate preparation and repairs
Coordinate move-in and out schedules
Assist with property inspections
Administer property management database
Liaise with prospective tenants, building operators, strata managers, accounting departments, and other key personnel
(2) Administrative and Accounting
work from office or home with taking calls, sending emails and reading documents.

Pay: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
