The Role



This position is a blend of property management, event planning, and virtual concierge services. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, loves working with people, and has a knack for organization and creative thinking. Full training will be provided.

Your responsibilities will include creating listings, coordinating showings, promoting events, and acting as a key point of contact for clients and tenants. You'll also help with day-to-day tasks that keep things running smoothly--from inspections to social media engagement.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:



Capturing and editing photos and video walk-throughs of new rental units Writing engaging and informative listings and property feature sheets Posting listings across multiple websites and social platforms Responding quickly to inquiries and guiding prospects through the leasing process Conducting both in-person and virtual showings Performing move-in/move-out and rentability inspections Picking up keys, installing lock boxes, delivering welcome packages and tenant gifts Posting notices and coordinating logistics with contractors or cleaners
You'll also be involved in marketing and event coordination, helping to drive interest and bookings for our corporate event spaces. This includes providing tours, working with vendors, and promoting events through social media and other platforms.

As part of your concierge responsibilities, you'll answer inquiries and service requests in a commercial setting, and help with walk-throughs, staging, and other site-based duties.

Qualifications and Requirements



Own a vehicle and have a valid driver's license Personal phone, computer, printer, and reliable internet connection Clean criminal record check Proficient in web-based tools (Monday, Google apps, Buildium, etc) Active on social media (especially Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin) Either licensed in Property Management or willing to become licensed

Schedule and Work Details



This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role. Standard hours are:

Tuesday to Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Flexibility is needed around month-end, month-start, and based on client requirements.
