Your days will include:

• Accounting functions entering transactions into Job Cost for project tracking
• Data entry from various information sources into different systems
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Filing of related work documents
• GL reconciliations

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Advanced computer skills with accounting, manufacturing, & MS software
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Basic training or experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and Job Cost accounting system would be preferred
• Accounting knowledge and experience is required
