About the Role
Reporting to a Product Owner, the Program Coordinator serves as a key member of a dedicated program stream and an active participant in facilitating excellent client relationships and industry partnerships within the organization. The Program Coordinator is responsible for customer success and prides themselves on creating exceptional experiences for Amii\xe2\x80\x99s clients and program participants.
Also, the Program Coordinator acts as an invaluable team resource for end-to-end logistics of program and product delivery. The Program Coordinator acts as an internal fixer for a cross-functional team and is driven to identify and remove barriers to ensure team cohesion and collaboration.
The role focuses on achieving excellence in three principal accountabilities:
  • Program and Product Execution
  • Client Success
  • Team Cohesion
The Program Coordinator also undertakes specific, but limited, planning roles when opportunities arise that are aligned with their skillset and growth plans. Required Skills / Expertise
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Coordinate and execute events and activations for our programs and partnerships
  • Provide support for WILOs (work integrated learning opportunities) and other talent management activities, including scheduling and logistics for interviews, office hours, and other support sessions
  • Support program-related data collection, communications, and other outreach efforts
  • Assists in the development of program and product roadmaps
  • Provides end-to-end support to the program team to deliver quality programs within the expected timeline

Required Qualifications:
  • Post secondary diploma or degree in a related program is an asset
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, event management, or talent management is an asset
  • Experience working within a technology-focused organization is an asset
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to develop/foster relationships with partner organizations such as companies, sponsors and community members
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new things, techniques and technologies
  • Ability to identify the needs of stakeholders and create/drive new solutions
