o Workforce Software (Time and Attendance Management) \xe2\x80\x93 Mandatory
o WorkForce certification
- Experience any of the below SAP SuccessFactors modules would be an advantage \xe2\x80\x93
o Employee Central (EC) Payroll
o Onboarding
o Recruitment Management
o Recruitment Marketing
o Performance & Goals
o Learning Management System (LMS)
o Succession Planning
o ECC HCM
o Integration to/within all SuccessFactors modules and Workforce Software (WFS) with CPI/Integration Suite as middleware
o Success Factors Mobile Apps (including time and attendance trough SAP Mobile Start)
- Production support experience (working in shifts etc.)
