The Product Application Specialist is a key role in promoting, modifying, designing and growing our machine tape head product. In this role you will\xe2\x80\xa6

Primary Functions:

• Respond to customer enquiries as it relates to their machine tape-head requirements
• Provide standardized or customized solutions
• Create 2D drawings and 3D models or modify existing drawings as required
• Understand varying environments and their effects on the product
• Recommend solutions to customers that can increase their productivity, reliability and efficiency.

Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for?

• You have a bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• You have 2 years of experience in an engineering role
• You are a Strong active listener with great communication skills and excellent with problem solving
• You work in a methodical and organized manner
• You can think critically and creatively to find the best solutions for customers
• You have strong computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other design software is a plus
• You are comfortable operating in various environments (manufacturing, agriculture, warehouses, industrial plants, etc.)
