About the Position
  • Monitor CASY for SALE STOPS answer within 24 hours
  • Informing the stakeholder in the store about the Sale Stop
  • Act on investigations in CASY
  • Process Instore Reports from the store (Sales/Customer Service are main contributors) and create Store Quality Reports in CASY.
  • Work cross functionally to increase the customer perception of Quality throughout the store
  • Cooperate with Customer Relations Administrator according to agreed working method.
  • Feedback on decided actions to stakeholders in the store (i.e. communicate results of instore reports/SQRs and Corrective actions.)
  • Ensure that necessary transactions are performed when doing stock movement (i.e. TT330, TT440, TT450 or TT260)
  • Communicate and secure the implementation of routines related to Quality work
  • Will involve manual lifting
