We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team. The Prep Cook will be responsible for completing daily food preparation, ensuring consistency with brand standards, and supporting overall kitchen efficiency. This role is vital in maintaining quality, safety, and smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
What You'll Do
Complete assigned daily food preparation tasks accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables according to recipes and standards.
Follow prep pars established by the kitchen management team.
Ensure all ingredients are prepared in line with brand recipes and franchise guidelines.
Receive vendor deliveries, verify accuracy, and check quality against brand and food safety requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of food storage and prep areas.
Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Keep kitchen equipment clean, properly maintained, and in good working condition.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to support a smooth and efficient operation.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a prep cook, line cook, or similar role in a restaurant.
Knowledge of traditional Asian cooking techniques and ingredients is highly desired.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
