Responsibilities

Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods.
Monitor food presentation and quality to meet restaurant standards.
Handle any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service.
Experience
Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of food service operations, including cooking techniques and presentation.
Experience in restaurant management or supervising kitchen staff is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
