About Us

Spearhead Brewing Company is a proudly independent craft brewery in Kingston, known for its great beer, community spirit, and vibrant taproom atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our kitchen team to deliver fresh, flavourful food that pairs perfectly with our lineup of award-winning brews.

Positions Available

We're currently hiring for multiple roles:

Prep Chef

- assist with ingredient prep, portioning, and supporting the line during service.

Chef / Line Cook

- execute menu items to spec, maintain kitchen flow, and uphold quality standards.

Kitchen Help / Dishwasher

- maintain cleanliness, assist with basic prep, and support the team where needed.

What We're Looking For

Previous kitchen or food prep experience is an asset (but not required for all positions). A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, teamwork, and pride in your work. Availability on weekends and evenings.
