As a key member of the People and Culture team, reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a key role in facilitating a positive, consistent employee experience within Axonify throughout the entire employee life cycle. As the first point of contact for the P&C team, this role will be critical in providing guidance and support for employees, while also working to provide appropriate solutions where applicable. This could include escalation to our Business Partners or other teams within the P&C team. In addition, you will ensure the completion of all back-end employee administration tasks and management of the HRIS.
