The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for general payroll tasks with Berks Inc. You will play a primary role in ensuring all payroll functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within Berks Inc.
Responsibilities:
General clerical duties, including but not limited to:
Gathering and examining timesheets to ensure their validity.
Preparing reporting and calculating commissions
Validating commissions
Preparing invoices
Addressing queries about payroll-related issues.
Working to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency.
Maintaining Workers Comp accounts
Requirements:
High school diploma.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent data entry, data cleaning, and math skills.
Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality.
Strong sense of integrity.
