Job Summary
The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for general payroll tasks with Berks Inc. You will play a primary role in ensuring all payroll functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within Berks Inc.
Responsibilities:
General clerical duties, including but not limited to:
• Gathering and examining timesheets to ensure their validity.
• Preparing reporting and calculating commissions
• Validating commissions
• Preparing invoices
• Addressing queries about payroll-related issues.
• Working to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency.
• Maintaining Workers Comp accounts
Requirements:
• High school diploma.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent data entry, data cleaning, and math skills.
• Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
• Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality.
• Strong sense of integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
