The Role



We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our clinic. As the first point of contact for patients, professionalism and empathy are essential. Since we are a growing clinic, we are also seeking someone who is flexible, adaptable, and a true team player, ready to contribute in different areas and support colleagues to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities



Greet patients, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings and referrals. Verify insurance/EAP information and assist with intake forms/onboarding and supporting patients to sign up with our platform as needed. Coordinate scheduling for patients and providers. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Support administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and payments. Assist with day-to-day clinic operations (supply ordering, correspondence, etc.).

Qualifications



Previous front desk, medical office, or administrative experience (minimum 2 years). Completion of a Medical Office Administration Certificate/Diploma(or equivalent) is an asset. Strong comfort with technology, including scheduling and EMR systems. Experience with

Telus Health CHR

medical platform or similar an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

French language skills are an asset.

Flexible and adaptable; comfortable supporting different tasks as the clinic grows. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach. Professional, reliable, and patient-focused.
