Seraphim Health & Wellness is a small, patient-centred clinic in Langley, BC. Our interdisciplinary team (Registered Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Naturopathy, Registered Acupuncture) focuses on whole-body care and self-reported outcomes to help people get back to what they love.

The role



We're hiring a part-time evening

Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Office Assistant

to support our front desk and practitioners Tuesday to Friday. You'll be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key organizer behind the scenes.

What you'll do



Greet patients, answer phones, and manage messages with warmth and professionalism Schedule and confirm paramedical appointments using our online system (Jane App) Handle billing; prepare receipts, reports, and letters; maintain records Complete insurance and third-party claim forms Keep treatment areas clean, tidy, and stocked Launder practitioner linens; sanitize common areas regularly Maintain organized records management systems

What you bring



Excellent phone etiquette and strong written/verbal communication Friendly, calm, trustworthy presence; detail-oriented and organized Comfortable learning software;

Jane App

experience is an asset

Education:

Medical Office Assistant diploma/certificate (asset)

Experience:

1+ year in a clinic/medical Legally entitled to work in Canada at time of hire

Schedule & compensation



Schedule:

Tue-Fri 3:30 - 9:15pm
