We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Pastry chef de Partie, you will be responsible for creating pastries, breads, and desserts for both our al a cart and events spaces, ensuring that every bite meets our quality expectations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling and storage practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure business operations run smoothly. Create and Execute dessert and pastries for multiple service styles. Organize and plan your own day and week out according to the needs of the business. Manage time with the appropriate attentiveness to details that is required.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Experience in baking and cake decorating is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
