We are a community practice. Each year we care for upwards of 4,500 patients and administer approximately 35,000 treatments through our broad range of Physiotherapy and complementary practices. Parkway Physiotherapy & Performance Centre, located in the Westshore, is seeking friendly, empathetic, and energetic people to join our front desk team in a part-time position. You must be able to manage a VERY fast-paced environment while keeping your cool! We are looking for people to join our fun-loving team part-time.
Hours may vary between Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., so flexibility is required in this area. At this point in time, we can offer approximately 20-37.5 hours per week on a contract to cover Maternity Leave, with the possibility of staying on as a permanent employee.
Reception duties and responsibilities include:
- greeting clients, processing payments, and direct billing to extended benefit plans.
- answering phones and booking clients, which will require a good understanding of the types of services we offer.
- general clinic maintenance, such as laundry and room cleaning.
Candidates must be quick learners, and have superstar customer service skills.
Salary: $19.00 /hour
