Responsibilities and qualifications include:
Minimum 1 year of experience in spa or hospitality
Must be available Saturdays from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
Friendly demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations
Booking appointments, consultations, and follow-ups
Maintaining accurate client files and processing payments
Participating in training programs and staying updated on industry trends
Performing various tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and laundry during downtime
Prior experience in front desk/reception or spa considered an asset
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Retail sales experience preferred
Must have reliable transportation
Fluency in English
Punctuality and friendliness are essential
Handling phone calls and email correspondence
Passion for the spa and wellness industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
Pleasant and professional manner, in person and over the phone
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as a receptionist in a spa and/or salon setting
Experience using spa/salon booking software and point of sale systems
Knowledge of spa/salon treatments and booking procedures to maximize facility utilization
Knowledge of the best practices and industry trends is essential
Ability to process high volumes of work quickly, efficiently and accurately
Excellent communication skills for a professional environment (verbal, written and problem solving skills)
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and listening skills
Working ability in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be adaptable to change and able to multitask calmly and efficiently, with an emphasis on follow up, cooperation and courtesy
