Key Responsibilities

Administer and process all aspects of payroll accurately and on time Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare and submit quarterly sales reporting and government remittances Manage year-end processes and work with external accountants as needed Generate and maintain financial reports (e.g., P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation Other tasks as required
The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with up to 50% remote work

Key Qualifications:

Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience Proficiency with

QuickBooks (or other accounting software)

is an asset Strong understanding of payroll and government remittance processes High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
