We're looking for a dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to help keep our books organized and accurate. This is an onsite role, about 4-6 hours per week, perfect for someone who enjoys working with small businesses and wants a flexible schedule.
What You'll Do:
Record and reconcile sales, expenses, and bank transactions
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Track project and contractor payments
Prepare HST and payroll remittances
Support monthly and year-end reporting for our accountant
Keep financial records neat, accurate, and well organized
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience (construction or trades industry experience is a bonus)
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or Desktop
Understanding of HST, payroll, and job costing
Reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Able to work independently in a small-business environment
Hours & Pay:
About 4 hours per week, onsite in Toronto
Flexible weekday hours
Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
