The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, part-time Bookkeeper to support our internal accounting and ensure our books are accurate, consistent, and well-organized.
You'll work closely with the owner and external accountant to keep everything clean and reliable.

Responsibilities
Categorize and review transactions (approximately 2,500 annually)
Maintain clean and consistent expense categories
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
Support bi-weekly payroll for 4 employees (review & reconciliation)
Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
Flag inconsistencies or unclear transactions proactively
Maintain clear documentation and category rules

What We're Looking For
Previous bookkeeping experience (agency or service business experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Comfortable working in QuickBooks Online (or similar)
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Enjoys working in-person as part of a team
Someone who takes pride in clean books
