A day in the life:
This role supports the service and field teams by managing the flow of parts and assisting with estimate processing. Responsibilities include sourcing parts, maintaining price accuracy, tracking deliveries, updating service orders, and coordinating estimate edits and client communications. Success in this fast-paced, high-volume role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure. The work is highly administrative and requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
What you bring:
High school graduation required
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Experience with a current ERP system an asset
Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow instructions, and apply critical thinking skills
Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability and proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
