TruStone is looking to hire a Receptionist/Inforce Customer Service Administrator to join our team!

What you'll be working on

Provides prompt, professional, knowledgeable and accurate customer service to advisors, colleagues and visitors Builds strong working relationships with both internal and external partners (i.e. carriers, advisors and colleagues). Provides a friendly and professional demeanour when greeting visitors and answering the telephone Processes daily incoming and outgoing mail/courier, etc. Answer phones, greet visitors, order & maintain supplies Sorting of emails and faxes Managing boardroom bookings Inforce Customer Service support as required by the Manager Maintenance of office environment (cleanliness, facilities maintenance, fundraising, luncheons, meetings, staff support, etc.) Perform other related activities and participate in ad hoc projects, as necessary or assigned.

What we're looking for you to have

College Diploma, University degree or equivalent experience Minimum (2) years customer service experience Knowledge of insurance industry (2+ years would be an asset) System knowledge or expertise with SharePoint, Microsoft suite, (Wealthserv would be an asset) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research, analyze, evaluate, integrate ideas Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects If you are applying for a position which is open to applicants across Canada, unless otherwise indicated in the position, language proficiency in English is required for communicating with customers, advisors, or employees across Canada.
