New to Powersport and Marine?

No problem! This position does not require any relevant experience to the powersport or marine industry but a passion for parts and all things mechanical is an asset.

The qualified candidate for this position will be responsible for:

Wage is $45,000 plus annual bonus Manage the day to day needs of the Parts Department Fulfill all annual manufacturer bookings Hiring and training of the Parts team Customer follow-up phone calls and emails Processing customer payments Leading the parts department team Preparing annual budgets Attending required manufacturer shows as delegated Merchandising presentation of the WSL showroom Other related duties as required or assigned
Required Skills:

Previous experience in a Parts department role Previous management/leadership experience is an asset Exceptional written and oral communication skills Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent time management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Ability to work independently and also be a strong team player Proficient and knowledgeable in computer software programs, MS Word and Excel Role requires daytime availability from 830am - 530pm, Monday to Saturday 40 hours per week*
