DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :







Relevant de la Directrice, Partenaire d'affaires Ressources humaines, vous jouerez un role cle au sein de l'equipe des ressources humaines en contribuant a divers projets et en soutenant le deploiement des programmes RH ainsi que l'harmonisation des processus et des pratiques a travers l'organisation. Vous assurerez egalement un soutien aux equipes situees dans l'Ouest canadien, principalement en Alberta et en Colombie-Britannique. Un role stimulant et varie ou vous contribuerez a l'experience employe, combinant des responsabilites techniques, administratives et generalistes en ressources humaines.




Creer et maintenir a jour les dossiers numeriques des employes de facon rigoureuse; Rediger et classer divers documents RH ((lettres de changement de poste ou de salaire, confirmations d'emploi, documents lies aux dossiers d'employes, etc); Travailler en collaboration avec les collegues des ressources humaines pour tout changement affectant les dossiers des employes; Realiser les etapes necessaires au SIRH UKG liees a l'integration des nouveaux employes et tout autre type de modification requise; Repondre aux differentes questions administratives des employes et des gestionnaires, tout en assurant la gestion quotidienne de la boite courriel ressources humaines; Collaborer avec les differentes equipes internes afin de trouver des solutions adaptees aux situations rencontrees; Effectuer les saisies de donnees et produire les rapports requis; Reviser et cartographier les processus RH en vue de leur optimisation; Rediger et mettre a jour les politiques internes, procedures et autres documents RH; Apporter un soutien actif dans divers projets RH et mandats transversaux; Contribuer a toutes autres taches pouvant supporter l'equipe et la direction ressources humaines; Rester a l'affut des meilleures pratiques en ressources humaines et recommander des ameliorations continues aux processus et outils en place.



EXIGENCES DU POSTE :






BAC en relations industrielles ou en ressources humaines, ou l'equivalent; Au moins trois annees d'experience dans une fonction similaire; Avoir travaille dans un environnement syndique est un atout considerable; Une experience prealable en Alberta et en Colombie-Britannique sera consideree comme un atout important; Etre bilingue a l'oral et a l'ecrit (Keolis Canada est une entreprise qui gere des operations pour diverses divisions a travers le Canada). Il est essentiel que la personne en poste puisse communiquer dans les deux langues officielles. Forte habilete avec l'utilisation des systemes informatiques et dans l'apprentissage de nouveaux outils TI; Excellent sens de l'organisation et habilete a etre multi-taches; Avoir le souci du detail et faire preuve de rigueur dans la qualite du travail remis; Fortes habiletes relationnelles et souci d'offrir un service employe hors pair; Grande capacite a travailler en equipe; Faire preuve d'une grande discretion dans le traitement de l'information confidentielle.



TYPE DE POSTE :




Poste temporaire a temps plein (40 heures par semaine); Mode hybride (un minimum de 2 jours en presentiel est requis); Port d'attache du poste a Terrebonne; Horaire de travail du lundi au vendredi; Mobilite : Peut etre appele a se deplacer entre les sites de Lanaudiere et Montreal.

JOB DESCRIPTION :







Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role within the Human Resources team by contributing to various projects and supporting the deployment of HR programs, as well as the alignment of processes and practices across the organization. You will also provide support to teams located in Western Canada, primarily in Alberta and British Columbia. An exciting and hands-on and multifaceted role where you will contribute the employee experience, combining technical, administrative, and generalist responsibilities in human resources.




Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date digital employee records; Draft and file various HR documents (letters regarding job or salary changes, employment confirmations, employee file documents, etc.); Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues on any changes affecting employee records; Complete the necessary steps in the HRIS UKG related to the onboarding of new employees and any other required modifications; Respond to various administrative questions from employees and managers while managing the daily operations of the Human Resources email inbox; Collaborate with various internal teams to find solutions adapted to the situations faced; Perform data entry and generate the required reports; Review and map HR processes for their optimization; Draft and update internal policies, procedures, and other HR documents; Provide active support in various HR projects and cross-functional projects; Contribute to any other tasks that may support the Human Resources team and HR leadership; Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and recommend continuous optimizations to existing processes and tools;



JOB REQUIREMENTS :






Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or equivalent; At least three years of experience in a similar role; Experience working in a unionized environment is a significant asset; Prior experience in Alberta and British Columbia will be regarded as a strong asset; Be bilingual in spoken and written communication (Keolis Canada is a company that manages operations for various divisions across Canada). It is essential that the person in this position can communicate in both official languages; Strong skills in using computer systems and learning new IT tools; Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask; Have attention to detail and demonstrate rigor in the quality of work delivered; Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional employee service; Strong ability to work harmoniously in a team; Demonstrate a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.



TYPE OF POSITION :




Full-time temporary position (40 hours per week); Hybrid mode (a minimum of 2 days on-site is required); Work location in Terrebonne; Monday to Friday working schedule; * Mobility: May be required to travel between the Lanaudiere and Montreal sites.
