RESUME DES FONCTIONS
Fournir support a plusieurs clients dans notre division Solution Mondiale pour la Main-d'oeuvre en tant que Partenaires d'affaires des ressources humaines. Gere la mise en oeuvre des initiatives RH dans une variete de sujets y compris les politiques et procedures internes, le droit du travail et la conformite, la gestion des talents, la gestion des performances, l'engagement des employes, la planification de la remuneration, la formation, l'embauche et les licenciements, de maniere efficace. Interagir avec les employes, les gestionnaires et les directeurs principaux soutenant les operations dediees aux clients en matiere de gestion des installations dans un large eventail de proprietes immobilieres et d'emplacements en Ontario et au Quebec. Modalites de travail hybride avec deplacements reguliers requis entre Montreal et Bromont.
PRINCIPALES TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES
Etre le partenaire d'affaires RH des gestionnaires, des superviseurs et du personnel en ce qui concerne les politiques, procedures et pratiques relatives a tous les aspects des ressources humaines
Soutenir les superviseurs et les gestionnaires a tous les niveaux d'encadrement des employes, d'actions correctives et d'enquetes pour assurer l'equite, la coherence et le respect de la culture et de la politique de l'entreprise
Responsable de l'identification des problemes ou des tendances sur la base de rapports analytiques (effectifs, embauches, licenciements, chiffre d'affaires, vacances, etc.) et de la mise en oeuvre d'ameliorations des processus, notamment en traitant de tous les facteurs generaux qui affectent l'engagement et l'efficacite.
Developpe et dispense des formations pour la direction et les employes sur une variete de questions, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la gestion du rendement, le developpement des employes, l'engagement des employes, etc.
La personne pourrait accomplir d'autres taches selon les besoins.
JOB SUMMARY
Provide Human Resources (HR) business support for multiple client accounts in our Global Workplace Solutions business. Manages the effective implementation of HR initiatives in a variety of matters including internal policies and procedures, employment law and compliance, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, compensation planning, training, hiring, and terminations. Interact with employees, managers and senior directors supporting client dedicated operations in facilities management across a broad spectrum of real estate properties and locations in Ontario and Quebec. Hybrid work arrangement with regular travel required between Montreal and Bromont.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as an HR business partner for managers, supervisors and personnel on policies, procedures and practices pertaining to all aspects of human resources
Support supervisors and managers in all levels of employee coaching, corrective actions and investigations to assure fairness, consistency and adherence to Company culture and policy;
Responsible for identifying issues or trends based on analytical reports (headcount, hires, terminations, turnover, vacation, etc.) and implementing process improvements including addressing any general factors that affect engagement and efficiency.
Develops and conducts training for management and employees on a variety of issues including but not limited to, performance management, employee development, employee engagement etc.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned
COMPETENCES ET FORMATION
Les candidats doivent etre actuellement autorises a travailler au Canada sans avoir besoin de parrainage de visa, maintenant ou dans le futur.
Les candidates ou candidats pour le poste doivent posseder une formation postsecondaire comprenant des cours en ressources humaines ou une experience pertinente.
Un minimum de cinq ans d'experience generale en ressources humaines ou en partenariat est requis.
La certification CHRP ou CHRL est preferable.
La maitrise du francais et de l'anglais est une exigence pour ce poste.
Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais est requise, ce poste exigeant de communiquer regulierement en anglais avec des clients et des employes bases dans d'autres provinces et aux Etats-Unis.
La personne choisie doit avoir des talents oratoires, tant en presentiel qu'en virtuel (conference sur Zoom).
Elle doit egalement etre minutieuse et bien organisee en plus de faire preuve de logique et de bon jugement.
La personne doit avoir une facilite a tisser des relations avec des personnes de differents echelons dans l'organisation.
Elle doit etre autonome et savoir jongler avec les priorites provenant de plusieurs clients.
Les deplacements reguliers vers les sites Montreal, Longueil et Bromont sont necessaires.
SKILLS AND EDUCATION
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Post-secondary education, including courses in Human Resources, or relevant experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Human Resources generalist/business partnership capacity required.
CHRP or CHRL preferred.
Fully bilingual in French and English is a must
A good knowledge of English is required as this role requires regular communication in English with clients and staff located in other provinces and the United States
Excellent presentation skills both in person and via Zoom/Conference calls required.
Detail oriented and well organized; ability to apply logic and good judgment
Excellent relationship building skills at multiple levels in the organization
Able to work independently and juggle priorities from multiple clients.
Regular travel to site locations in Montreal, Longueil and Bromont required
