Airbus Canada recherche un.e partenaire d'affaires ressources humaines (PARH) pour rejoindre notre equipe basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada) ou vous pourrez contribuer a l'atteinte d'objectifs strategiques et operationnels des secteurs salaries.

Dans votre role, vous devrez :
Aider l'organisation a atteindre ses objectifs en identifiant les opportunites d'amelioration de la gestion des ressources humaines et en menant l'analyse et le diagnostic des besoins des clients.
Fournir un accompagnement et un soutien aux gestionnaires sur le developpement du leadership, la gestion des talents et des performances, la gestion du changement, les relations interpersonnelles ou d'equipe et la communication.
Soutenir la livraison et le deploiement de programmes et de processus RH, tels que le cycle de gestion de la performance, la revision salariale annuelle, l'examen annuel du leadership, l'enquete et le developpement sur l'engagement des employes, etc.
Contribuer aux ameliorations continues et aux meilleures pratiques pour influencer les strategies de ressources humaines.
Contribuer au developpement et a la prestation de formation pour les gestionnaires au sein de l'organisation (formation en relations de travail et en gestion du leadership).
Contribuer a la creation et la mise en place de politiques relatives aux ressources humaines.
Contribuer, au besoin, aux activites de recrutement ou vous pouvez aider les gestionnaires dans la creation et l'integration complete de strategies de recrutement, d'embauche et de retention.
Assurer la gestion operationnelle des ressources humaines.

Profil recherche:
Vous detenez un baccalaureat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou dans un domaine connexe;
Vous justifiez d'une experience de plus de 7 ans au sein d'une equipe des ressources humaines;
Vous savez faire usage de votre capacite d'influence pour guider les gestionnaires vers les meilleures solutions;
Vous avez une forte capacite d'autonomie;
Vous avez une forte capacite d'adaptation aux situations inattendues;
Vous aimez collaborer et travailler en equipe dans un environnement multiculturel;
La connaissance de la suite Google est un atout;
Vous avez de l'experience dans la conception, le developpement et la livraison de solutions d'affaires RH;
Vous avez la capacite de gerer des projets et vous etes oriente vers le travail d'equipe;
Vous etes axe sur les resultats et etes reconnu pour votre multitache, dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
Vous avez d'excellentes competences en communication (ecrite et parlee) et vous parlez facilement le francais et l'anglais.

In your role, you will:
Assist the business unit in achieving their goals by identifying human resources opportunities and by leading the analysis & diagnosis of client needs.
Provide coaching & support management on leadership development, talent and performance management, change management, interpersonal and team relations & communication.
Support the delivery and deployment of HR programs and processes, such as the Performance Management cycle, Annual Salary Review, Annual Leadership Review, Employee Engagement Survey & Development, etc.
Contribute to continuous improvements & best practices to influence human resources strategies.
Contribute to the development and the delivery of training for the Managers within the organization (labor relations and leadership management training).
Contribute to the creation and implementation of Human Resources policies.
Contribute, when required, to recruitment activities where you can assist managers in the creation and full integration of recruitment, hiring and retention strategies.
Support the Human Resources operational activities.
As our ideal candidate:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field;
You have a minimum of 7 years' experience working in a Human Resources Department;
You make use of your ability to influence in order to guide the management towards the best solutions;
You have a strong capacity for autonomy;
The knowledge of Google Suite is an asset;
You have a strong ability to adapt to unexpected situations;
You like to collaborate and work as a team in a multicultural environment;
You have experience in designing, developing and delivering HR business solutions;
You have the ability to manage projects and you are teamwork oriented;
You are results-oriented and are recognized for your multi-tasking, in a fast pace environment.
