Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely shipment of products. This role requires familiarity with warehouse management systems, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment processes. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on warehouse distribution, e-commerce, and logistics operations.

Duties

Manage all outgoing shipments and coordinate daily shipping/receiving. Handle international logistics: customs documents, tariffs, HS codes, duties, freight coordination. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues. Maintain inventory accuracy and support product department operations. Maintain organized storage areas and update inventory records accurately. Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities and weights during order processing. Perform other duties as requested.

Experience

2+ years' experience in order processing, shipping, and logistics (international experience required). Strong understanding of

customs, tariffs, international freight

, and documentation. Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 35 pounds). Familiarity with forklift operation, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus. Warehouse experience involving order picking, load & unload activities, or warehouse distribution is beneficial. Basic math skills necessary for verifying quantities and measurements. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Experience with inventory systems is an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
