Agilus Winnipeg is recruiting for an Order Desk/Custopmer Service Representative for a reputable company in Winnipeg.Agilus is recruiting for a Order Desk/Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing sector in in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Responsibilities:
- Provides quotes/pricing for customers.
- Receiving and processing orders and accurately enter it in the client's data base
- Accurately preparing documentation and reports and provide follow up to our customer base.
- Process customer orders via phone/email/in-person
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in order desk ;experience in a similar role is a definite asset
- Outstanding organizational abilities and demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills, ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
- Aptitude for numerical/fraction calculations
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
