About Krinos: Family owned and operated for over 50 years, Krinos is one of the largest manufacturers, importers and distributors of premium Greek foods in Canada.We are looking for a dedicated hard-working individual who will maintain the tradition of great food and hospitality which continues to be the essence of our business.Summary: The Customer Service Representative will be primarily responsible for inbound calls to process orders, supporting the fulfillment teams on completing orders for delivery and assisting Outside Sales reps with reports, orders, and other tasks. They should be skilled at multi-tasking, data entry and passionate about providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should also be a team player, partnering with Outside Sales to resolve customer issues as well as working with peers to deliver on customer service metrics.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Process online, email and phone orders
  • Complete orders by contacting Sales Rep and/or customer to clarify specifications, to convey order status, or to obtain authorization to proceed
  • Liaise between multiple offices following up on quotes, supplies, orders and shipments
  • Liaise between warehouses to follow up on stock
  • Ensure order and invoice accuracy
  • Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts
  • Update databases and customer records
  • Manage outbound transport logistics
  • Follow & maintain corporate accounts
  • Provide the highest level of service to our clients
  • Ensure customers get accurate answers efficiently regarding - product availability, delivery, pricing
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update records and databases
  • Communicate customer feedback
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$20.00 per hourFlexible Language Requirement:
  • French not required
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Richmond, BC V3M 3J2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
