As we expand into new markets and continue building systems that support both craftsmanship and sustainability, we're seeking a
poised, meticulous, and relationship-driven Order Desk & Client Relations Manager
to join our Toronto team.
This role sits at the heart of our business -- bridging clients, sales, and procurement -- and offers the opportunity to
grow into a leadership position
as our operations and client experience evolve.
What You'll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for
interior designers, furniture manufacturers, and procurement clients
, managing all order details from confirmation to delivery.
Maintain consistency across Salesforce and Shopify as systems integrate, while overseeing accurate order entry and invoicing in QuickBooks.
Coordinate with vendors and procurement partners to confirm stock, track shipments, and proactively resolve issues.
Handle client inquiries with diplomacy and professionalism, maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Keep detailed records of client requests and communications to ensure a seamless, white-glove experience.
Partner with sales on large or international project opportunities, including pricing and fabric coordination.
Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational workflows and help shape the next generation of
sustainable client service systems

Experienced in
luxury B2B operations
-- ideally within textiles, furniture, or design materials.
Tech-savvy and systems-minded, with a natural ease in learning new tools and creating efficiency through technology.
Graceful under pressure, with refined communication and strong attention to detail.
