Autobody Estimator & Client Relations Manager

plays a dual and vital role at Custom Touch Autobody. This position combines

hands-on estimating and repair coordination

with

client relationship management and business growth

responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a

skilled communicator and problem-solver

who understands the autobody repair process and enjoys developing new business opportunities through strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Repair Coordination

Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., Audatex, Mitchell, CCC). Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to ensure estimates are transparent and repairs are completed on time and to standard. Coordinate repair timelines, parts ordering, and workflow between departments. Ensure all estimates comply with insurance and OEM repair procedures. Maintain exceptional customer service from intake through delivery, providing timely updates and follow-up.

Business Development & Client Relations

Identify and develop new business opportunities with

insurance partners, dealerships, fleets, and commercial clients

. Strengthen relationships with existing clients to promote repeat and referral business. Represent Custom Touch Autobody at community and industry events to enhance visibility and reputation. Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotions to increase brand awareness. Track business development activities and report on progress, opportunities, and market trends.

Qualifications

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as an

autobody estimator

, preferably in a collision repair environment. Strong knowledge of

collision repair processes, parts, and materials

. Experience with estimating platforms such as

Audatex, Mitchell, or CCC

. Proven ability in

sales, account management, or business development

(automotive experience preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and customer focus. Valid

Class 5 driver's license

and clean driving record.
